We had a family room that was clean and spacious, perfect for our gang. The nearby Skegness Model Village was a hit with the kids, providing us some fun family time to unwind after busy days.
My wife says that a bit more variety in breakfast options would enhance family stays.

This place suits me perfectly, providing fast wi-fi, a tv, and kitchen amenities like an electric kettle. The staff even helped me find my lost ID card during my first stay. I'm definitely coming back for Christmas!

Delicious traditional English breakfast that smells delightful.
The shower pressure fluctuated uncomfortably from hot to cold, making it difficult to enjoy a proper shower. I was frustrated by the early checkout time of 10 am. it felt rushed and provided little time to rest. Finally, the lack of fresh towels was disappointing, especially since there were no replacements during my two-night stay.

We booked the small double room for 2 nights. The bed was super comfy, and the ensuite was great. Jo, the host, was very helpful, even helped me decorate a cake! The place was clean and cozy with a lovely atmosphere. Definitely considering rebooking!

i almost gave a good review because the atmosphere seemed friendly, but where were my fresh towels during my stay? the shower pressure was so unreliable—it was like water temperatures were in a relationship with commitment issues. i expected a complimentary gesture for this inconvenience, but apparently, that's too much to ask for here. disappointing!

Loved how clean and tidy the room was. The bed felt incredibly comfy, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Joanne, the host, was genuinely engaging and polite—the sort of person who makes you feel right at home. I really appreciated the tea and coffee facilities in the room, making it convenient for a cozy morning. The location was perfect for us too, as it was right between two of our favorite spots to eat and not far from the beach. That being said, I found the shower pressure a bit erratic. it fluctuated between hot and cold, which was frustrating. the early checkout at 10am didn't leave much wiggle room for those who like to sleep in. the hospitality and ambiance were top-notch, but addressing the shower issues would elevate the experience even further.

We booked the small double room for two nights and it was just right for us. The bed was extremely comfy, and we had a good ensuite that felt clean and well-maintained.
